CHILI BEANS
Materials:• ½ pound of ground beef• 2 cans red kidney beans cooked• 1 box Pummaro• 2 tsp cumin• ½ teaspoon oregano• 4 - 5 chilli peppers• 1 onion• 2 cloves of garlic• ½ cup olive oil• some sugar• Salt - PepperExecution:• In oil fry the chilli, onion, oregano and cumin first, add the minced garlic and then add chopped tomatoes, a little sugar, salt and pepper.• Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Meanwhile rinse canned beans thoroughly under running water by adding a few drops of lemon.• Add the beans to the meat mixture and let stand for about 15 minutes to boil.
